Our 2009 Year of Missions Goals:

• Tithing our Give Forward giving to missions

• Tithing Central’s people to go on a short-term missions trip in 2009

• Partnering in the completion of a Bible School for the training of

ministry leaders on each of the 5 populated continents of the world

September 2006, Central Assembly launched Give Forward: Empowering our Future in Honor of our Past. This theme captured a very special moment in our church life as we celebrated our 100th Anniversary Year in 2007. We honor a past that is rich with God’s blessing, built on the sacrificial faithfulness of thousands of God’s people who have gone before us.

In 2008 we focused on our Year of Outreach as we worked toward strengthening our ministry to the church’s neighborhood and expanding our outreach to our own neighborhoods as we build relationships with those outside Christ.

This outreach initiative presents an incredible opportunity for volunteers to partner with our brothers and sisters around the world who are training workers for the harvest. Give Forward is shaping our future by putting needed facilities and technology into the hands of our volunteers and ministries.

Pray: Making Christ’s mission my purpose as I pray for the training of leaders world-wide.

Partner: Going on a short-term missions trip in 2009 or helping someone else to go.

Pledge: Resourcing the future of Central Assembly by funding facility, maintenance and equipment opportunities.
