One Day To Feed the World is Convoy of Hope’s annual campaign that has the power to transform the lives of children and families around the globe. This Sunday we will hold our third annual “One Day” at Central Assembly. How does a single day make a difference? The idea is for everyone to give just one day’s income toward the feeding ministries of Convoy of Hope. By taking part you will help transform the lives of children by helping provide nutritious food, clean and safe drinking water, and much more. Suze Orman said, “True generosity is an offering: given freely and out of pure love. No strings attached. No expectations.” One Day To Feed the World is all about just that—freely giving to others out of what God has given to us.
This Sunday Pastor Daisuke will talk about “Our Identity: Child of God.” Next Sunday is Host Family Worship Sunday. Juan Ortiz will speak, and a potluck lunch will follow the service. We want to extend a special thanks to all the ladies who joined the international women’s choir for the Women@Central Holiday Lunch & Expo!
