Join us Wednesday, April 29, as Dr. Mark Hausfeld concludes our current series with “Engaging Muslim People in Our Community.” Dr. Hausfeld is director of the Summer Institute for Islamic Studies and associate professor of Urban and Islamic Studies at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He currently serves as international director of Global Initiatives: Reaching Muslim Peoples. You can learn more about Dr. Hausfeld here. Throughout this series, we’ve been looking for a biblical approach and a practical understanding of both Islam and current issues. Muslims are a growing population in our community. We may choose to be fearful, angry, or indifferent toward them. None of these responses is what the Bible teaches us or what Jesus would do. As citizens of the kingdom of God, we should engage Muslims in our community. Join us to find out why and how.
